At PA46 Stuff, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Special-order or custom items
Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required for claims.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
